Ned Nicholas has more than 20 years of construction and commercial litigation experience. His construction practice focuses on design professional defense. His extensive commercial litigation practice extends to all commercial-related matters. Ned’s clients have included design professionals, accountants, real estate professionals and insurers. He has lectured about construction industry and insurance issues and has authored or co-authored several articles exploring issues arising out of plaintiffs’ efforts to use tort law to redress contract grievances.
