Mathew joined Wright Robinson in 2006. He represents architects, engineers, construction managers, owners and contractors in a variety of design and construction-related disputes and contract negotiations. Mathew also works on products liability and other general litigation for the firm.
Before joining Wright Robinson, Mathew worked in the Complex Product Liability and Mass Tort Litigation group of McGuireWoods. His practice primarily involved representing automobile manufacturers in products liability litigation. He has defended products such as seating systems, transmissions, brakes, safety glass and glazing as well as overall vehicle crashworthiness. He also coordinated the nationwide defense of highly sensitive privileged documents, briefing the complex issues of attorney-client privilege, work product doctrine and attorney testimony in a variety of state and appellate courts.
