Kenneth joined Wright Robinson Osthimer & Tatum in 2007. He is an associate in the firm’s Support and Information Management practice group. His practice focuses primarily on the coordination and management of discovery response strategies with a special emphasis on electronic discovery. Kenneth’s practice also extends to the product liability and insurance coverage and defense groups, where he has responsibility for developing case strategy and providing trial support.
Prior to joining Wright Robinson, Kenneth was an Associate at a defense litigation firm in New York, where he handled matters in the areas of multi-district toxic torts, environmental disputes, construction accidents, and served as trial counsel in matters related to personal injury, premise liability, and general contract disputes.
