Kanisha Adkins became associated with Wright Robinson in April 2005, as part of a team of attorneys working on a document review project. She currently represents veterans before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and the Board of Veterans Appeals.

Prior to joining Wright Robinson, Kanisha worked for various agencies for the Commonwealth of Virginia in the area of Civil Rights. She was also an Administrative Law Judge for the Virginia Employment Commission.
