Heather Bryden is a member of the firm’s Support and Information Management practice group. Heather’s practice focuses on the daily management of large-scale document and electronic discovery projects. She oversees the collection, review, and production processes, which were developed by the team to provide strategic and economic efficiencies to clients.

Heather is heavily involved at the “start-up” phase of document and electronic discovery projects, including managing teams of litigation support professionals during the onsite collection of large volumes of documents and data. Also, she collaborates with trial teams and in-house counsel to create tailored workflow models and document review guidelines. Additionally, Heather ensures the integrity of document database environments while responding to requests from trial counsel and meeting mandated production deadlines.
