LeClairRyan to Merge with Wright Robinson Osthimer & Tatum
Expands Position as Market Leader in E-Discovery

Richmond, Va. - LeClairRyan announced today its plans to merge with the law firm of Wright Robinson Osthimer & Tatum. Through the merger, the firm will add 50 attorneys, and an internationally recognized e-discovery and litigation management practice. With offices in Detroit, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Richmond and Washington, D.C., Wright Robinson will further strengthen LeClairRyan's litigation practice and provide its clients with greatly expanded representation on both the East and West coasts. The merger will be effective March 31, 2008 with the merged firm being known as LeClairRyan.

"This represents an excellent opportunity for us to provide our clients with a greater depth and breadth of representation, expanded geographic reach and world class e-discovery and litigation management services," said LeClairRyan Chairman Gary D. LeClair.

The e-discovery and litigation management practice provides corporate clients with discovery-related representation and advice focusing on the management of large-scale document and electronic discovery projects for litigation, government investigations, and other legal engagements. "The addition of the expansive discovery solutions practice will provide our clients with a level of litigation management services not commonly available through traditional law firms," Mr. LeClair noted.

"We are extremely pleased to be joining LeClairRyan as the merger will provide our clients with a bi-coastal reach and national litigation platform that would not otherwise be possible," said Wright Robinson Principal Mark Yacano.

Building on LeClairRyan's recent growth in Boston, New York City, and Newark the merger bolsters LeClairRyan's litigation practice in the areas of products liability, construction, employment, and the aviation industry. The combined firm also expands its level of services in the other core areas of business counsel and corporate law.

Upon completion of the merger, LeClairRyan will represent a wide variety of clients in the mid-Atlantic, Northeast and throughout the nation with more than 270 attorneys, with offices in California, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Virginia and Washington, D.C. Currently, LeClairRyan is ranked among the National Law Journal's Top 200 law firms.
