Franklin M. Tatum, III joined the firm at its inception in October 1986 and has served as a member of the Management Committee since the formation of the firm. His principal practice areas include products liability, commercial litigation and the defense of claims brought under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Frank has been in practice since 1973 and was formerly a partner in the Richmond, Virginia law firm of McGuire, Woods & Battle. He has extensive experience in all phases of litigation in state and federal courts throughout California and Virginia.

• Extensive experience in the collection, organization and computerization of documents and in the coordination of discovery activities in a variety of products liability cases.
