Brian Inamine joined Wright, Robinson in 1989. He has tried numerous cases all over Southern California. Brian has litigation experience in a variety of fields, including employment litigation, products liability, commercial litigation, legal malpractice, and class actions. His engagements are primarily in the defense of manufacturers, employers, health insurers, and legal professionals. In addition, Brian is national counsel for a health insurance cost-management company for which he provides consulting and litigation services concerning an array of commercial disputes.

Successfully represented a luxury motor car dealership in a wrongful termination lawsuit and in a sexual harassment claim.
• Successfully represented a domestic health insurer in a series of breach of contract and unfair business practices lawsuits brought by hospitals.
• Successfully represented an international health insurance cost-management company against a hospital, by prevailing on a motion to quash for lack of personal jurisdiction.
• Successfully represented an insurance company against an insurance bad faith class action lawsuit, by prevailing on a motion for summary judgmen.
• Successfully represented a Fortune 500 company against a fax blasting class action lawsuit, by prevailing on a motion for summary judgment.
• Successfully represented a pharmaceutical company in a products liability lawsuit, by prevailing on a motion for summary judgment.
• Successfully represented a bicycle manufacturer and retailer in a products liability trial, which was the first of its kind involving allegations of a defective aluminum fitting in a V-brake system.
